These delicious drinks after meals can help you lose weight

1. iced green tea with lemon

For 1 person

250 ml of water

1 green tea bag

1/2 untreated yellow lemon

1 tbsp. coconut sugar


First, to make the lemon iced green tea, heat the water in a saucepan. Once the water boils, dip the green tea bag into it and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the teabag and set aside.

Then wash the half lemon and cut a thin slice in it. Squeeze the remaining lemon to extract as much juice as possible.

In a small bottle, pour the lemon juice, coconut sugar and add the slice of lemon cut in 2 or 4.

Finally, pour your green tea on top and place it in a cool place for at least 4 hours. The tea must be very fresh and can even be drunk with ice.
